Requirements for Recruitment
In order to process the demand for workers Advance Human Resources require certain data to work out the feasibility of the demand. The following documentation is required from the employer before the process can proceed.
- Nature and Place of Work
- Number of workers required in each category
- Detailed job description
- Salary details
- Detailed Terms and Conditions
- Duration of Contract
- Details on food, accommodation and other facilities
- Approximate time available to send the workers to sites
- Documents required from the Employers
Once the nature and other specifications of the demand are understood, the following documents, duly attested by concerned authorities, are requested from the employers.

- Power of Attorney
- Employment Contract
- Agreement
- Consular Letter
