Recruitment Procedure

We personally recruit all our staff.  We don't rely on third parties for the supply of potential candidates. Every day hundreds of people approach our company, while many send their bio-data and work experience applications  via our website and e-mail, for overseas employment, drawn by the reputation of the quality service we provide. Full details of these candidates are entered into our virtual databank by our recruitment officers at our “Employment Opportunity Service Desk”. At present we have over 3000 CVs in our CV Databank stored in our website www.advancehrnepal.com

Our initial selection process and data bank help us to select the most appropriate person to meet your human resource needs.  We only select high quality candidates saving you and us valuable time!  We take pride in selecting the best people in Nepal to meet our clients’ needs.

Each potential candidate must face a preliminary interview with our recruitment officers before the final selection. We employ three interview techniques for the selection of short-listed candidates.

  1. Video Conferencing:We are the first Nepalese company to introduce the Video Interview technique in Nepal. This is for those people who are too busy to come to Nepal to interview the candidates selected in preliminary selection. We make every arrangement for the interview between employers and the employee through video conferencing.
  2. Direct:Many employers visit Nepal for the final interview. We make all necessary preparations for interview. We call shortlisted candidates for the particular day. We have fully equipped AC rooms and other modern office facilities - computers, telephones, Internet, and all that an interviewer might need.
  3. On behalf of employer:Sometimes manpower importing agencies give full authority to manpower consultant for entire selection procedures. In such case, we carry out interviews on behalf of employers abroad and make all dispatching arrangements to the employment destination.
