Advance Human Resource adopts a range of selection techniques to ensure that our clients' requirements are fully met. A selection panel comprising of representatives from our clients' organization as well as our own staff supervise tests of all those disciplines required by our clients. Only those persons recommended by the selection committee are selected for overseas employment.

If our clients require manpower with specific experience, then Advance Human Resource accesses an extensive network of databases to match the appropriately qualified personnel to the clients' needs. This professional skill location service is not only limited to the domestic market as our databases cover existing human resource provision already serving abroad.

The prospective employees' level of discipline is assessed to ascertain whether he or she could be affect by a negative attitude of fellow workers already in positions abroad. Our team of experts, including a psychiatrist, carries out tests to assess the workers' morality, attitude, behavior and personal history. Candidates have to go through thorough medical tests after final selection. Only medically fit candidates are eligible to sign an agreement or contract paper.
