About Nepal

Nepal is a small country lying on the southern slope of the Himalaya and situated on the lap of Mt. Everest. It is 885km. in length and 193km. in average width amounting to147181 in sq. km. It is situated on south Asia region and has about 23 million people.  It is no doubt that this country is known all over the world as the land of temples, birth place of Lord Buddha and the land of the Brave Gurkhas. Its land is mostly made up of mountains and hills and one of the highest mountain peak in the world, the world famous Mt. Everest (Sagarmatha is as locally known) falls within the country boundary.

Nepal is a landlocked country with beautiful scenery and lakes situated between two large neighboring countries of India and China.  There are more than 22 languages and dialects spoken by different groups but the majority speak the official language - Nepali.

A relatively small country Nepal has a wealth of human resources which are being under utilised within the local economy.  Nepal is a beautiful haven for tourists but is relatively poor in economic terms – 55.1% of the population live below the poverty line.  Improvements in education mean that there is a growing body of young people with valuable skills but a lack of employment opportunities in Nepal.  Our company helps to secure employment opportunities for such people whereby they can fulfill their economic potential, grown as individuals and meet the employment needs of our clients.
